Please note that the bubble balloon has a super-thin membrane. Any contact with a rough surface such as chipped paint, brickwall, sharp jewellery etc will cause a hole to appear which results in popping or slow deflation. Extremely hot temperate may also cause it to pop.
If you believe you have received faulty balloons, we must be notified within the same day of delivery.
